Hands-On Training is the best educational method for Copley users. It provides real-world experience with motors, drives, and software to creating a sense of empowerment.

In conjunction with Copley local distributors, Copley Controls will provide 4 hours of basic training adapting the agenda as needed. Learn the basics of set-up and tuning, diagnosing problems, and writing simple indexer programs! 

A typical agenda includes familiarizing with:

• • CME V8.0
    • Motor Data and Characterizing
    • Auto and manual motor phasing
    • Current loop auto tuning
    • Velocity and position loop tuning
  • CVM Indexer Basic Programming
  • ASCII Commands
    • Introduction to Manuals

• • CME V8.0 installed on Windows 10 Laptop
  • Copley SER-USB-RJ11 connected and divers installed
