The M-Series 3-Axis Module delivers exceptional performance and cost efficiency for multi-axis motion control applications. The ME3 provides EtherCAT connectivity with DS-402 compliance, while the MP3 offers CANopen with CiA-402 support, both featuring additional communication options including Ethernet/IP, Modbus-TCP, and DeviceNet. Advanced FPGA technology enables precise control of servo motors, stepper motors, linear motors, and voice coils across three axes in a compact 101.6 x 85.1 x 21 mm form factor. Comprehensive control modes include cyclic synchronous operation, profile positioning, interpolated position mode, and homing functionality.
